Well, if you ask me, I would love to lead a big team of<br />

talented people of all age groups. That’s where the<br />

challenge lies. In such a team, I would have people older<br />

than my age and younger to me as well. Some of the team<br />

members could be much smarter than others and others<br />

could be having some unique skills.<br />

The crux is to channelize their energy and talent in the<br />

desired direction and achieve what I want from them.<br />

Thus, a leader is nothing without a team.<br />

A leader must have followers with whom he can share his<br />

vision and finally help realize the vision. Vision in terms<br />

of leadership means, something you want to achieve in<br />

the long run for society, organisation, or for yourself. For<br />

example, Mr Obama wanted to give an equal status to the<br />

coloured people in politics in the U.S.A or Mother Teresa<br />

wanted to have a charitable organisation that would only<br />

serve mankind by providing everything to a needy.<br />

A leader’s motto should always be “Together we can<br />

and together we will”.<br />

Leader has to role-play as a delegator, mentor, motivator,<br />

and much more in order to keep himself aligned with<br />

this leadership motto. Thus, one is not considered to<br />

be a leader if he does not have followers. Imagine, if<br />
