• Doors open at 7.30am for unloading<br />
• All entries must be dipped or treated with a ministry approved dip or treatment<br />
• Any vendors not forward will be relegated to the end of the sale next year<br />
• Any gimmer lambs sold for breeding purposes must be EID double tagged<br />
– any forward with single tags will be sold as store lambs<br />
• Any 2 shear ewes or gimmer shearlings must be EID double tagged<br />
• Please ensure all sheep are tagged correctly prior to the sale to avoid any<br />
problems at time of sale<br />
• Any vendors wishing to give buyers luck, please draw cash against your sales in<br />
the office to give to buyers directly - Luck money may not be left with office<br />
staff to pass on<br />
• Vendor Cheques will not be produced on the day of the sale but will be posted on<br />
– print outs are available from the office<br />
• Buyers please ensure you know the holding number and address of where your<br />
sheep want licensing to and the vehicle registration for movement licence<br />
• All stock requires a pass out from the main office whether sold or unsold –<br />
please do not attempt to load without a passout<br />
