legislation to all the Eu countries<br />
• The Italian Parliament transposed the act on June 2010.<br />
A year later (july 2011) the Italian Government has ratied<br />
it (Decreto n.145), so the Directive became law<br />
• In concrete, in Italy nothing has been changed
