For many years before Qin Shihuang rose to<br />

to their king. Peasants were loyal to the nobles.<br />
Qin Shihuang wanted the Chinese people to be<br />
loyal only to him. So, he forced the nobles to move to<br />
the capital city. <strong>The</strong>y were not pleased about this at all!<br />
