Oak smoked salmon mousse on toasted brioche & frizzy salad<br />

Country game terrine served with winter spiced piccalilli & dressed watercress<br />

Roasted British, Elston Farm turkey with all the traditional trimmings,<br />

chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables finished with a port jus<br />

Slow braised lamb shank sat on creamy mashed potatoes,<br />

braised red cabbage with a mint & tarragon salsa<br />

Marinated tomato & red onion mille-feuille topped with grilled goats cheese<br />

served on a dressed salad with new potatoes<br />

Baked hake fillet on parsnip puree<br />

We ask that one person is responsible for paying the balance after the meal as we are unable<br />

to split the bill into individual bills for party bookings.<br />

<strong>Christmas</strong> party menu is available from 1st December <strong>2014</strong> to 30th December <strong>2014</strong> for<br />

parties of 4 or more excluding Sunday lunchtimes, <strong>Christmas</strong> Day & Boxing Day.<br />

served with toasted black olive ciabatta & fresh apple salad<br />

Chilli, ginger & lime fish cake topped with mango salsa<br />
