marketing solutions which consist of retail shops, roadshows, call centers,<br />

service centers, online shops, catalogs and partnership sales provide<br />

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES<br />

OF THE PROGRAM?<br />

THE GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM is designed to<br />

nurture future leaders with keen interests in pursuing a<br />

career in sales and customer service. It offers ample<br />

opportunities for you to reach junior managerial positions<br />

within two years.


HOW DOES<br />

THE PROGRAM WORK?<br />

After joining the <strong>Graduate</strong> <strong>Trainee</strong> <strong>Program</strong>, you will work in the <strong>Consumer</strong> <strong>Group</strong> and undergo a<br />

comprehensive training and development program.<br />

The 24-month<br />

intensive and professional training program is designed to allow trainees<br />

to acquire all the essential skills, up-to-date knowledge and professional expertise necessary to<br />

achieve and maintain excellent sales and customer service performance. The program will develop<br />

trainees to manage sales/customer service projects and people effectively as well as to meet the<br />

continuous challenge of sustaining the best performance in a fiercely competitive environment.<br />

As a member of the <strong>Graduate</strong> <strong>Trainee</strong> <strong>Program</strong>, you will:<br />

• Attach to departments to perform day-to-day sales/customer service duties to understand the<br />

business operations involved<br />

• Participate in planning and execution of important projects and contribute to the ultimate<br />

success of the Company<br />

• Receive comprehensive training and expert guidance in specific areas of sales and<br />

management


WHAT DO<br />

WE EXPECT FROM YOU?<br />

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any discipline, with a<br />

strong interest in developing a career in sales or<br />

customer service<br />

• Goal-oriented, articulate, assertive, and open-minded<br />

with positive working attitude<br />

• Proficient in both English and Cantonese and willing<br />

to work under pressure and to work in shifts<br />

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills<br />
