Employees Materials/Purchasing Larry Dreese Materials/Purchasing Specialist ACS Start Date: 2006 Prior to joining the ACS Team Larry was with the BP material operations team for 16 years with 15 years on the north slope. Larry is a twelve-year member of the WOA Spill Response Team and has supported several large spills. Larry’s oil spill response experience started with the Exxon Valdez oil spill. In addition, Larry is also a certified Fire Fighter I and has been on the Greater Prudhoe Bay emergency response team for 17 years. Jeff Turner Materials/Purchasing Specialist ACS Start Date: 2012 Jeff brings 17 years procurement experience, ranging from support industries to military and construction. His career also includes Contracts management – from solicitation and evaluations to awarding and auditing. His background includes several years of overseas procurement and logistics in Iraq. Finance Dave Tiemessen Accounting Supervisor ACS Start Date: 2010 Dave brings over 25 years experience in financial accounting, budgeting and analysis to ACS. Prior to ACS he worked in the telecommunications and other support industries for 22 years and public accounting for 3 years. Dave has enjoyed learning the spill response industry and has taken the opportunity to meet with Member company financial counterparts to explain Cost Sharing Principles and accounting processes. Rhonda Hill, CPP Payroll Specialist ACS Start Date: 2003 Rhonda has over twenty years experience working in all areas of accounting and payroll. Her primary responsibility is payroll. She’s a member of the American Payroll Association. She serves as the ACS United Way Coordinator. Marilyn Hermannes Accounting Specialist ACS Start Date: 2006 Marilyn brings a wide breadth of accounting experience to ACS. She has traveled extensively and because of that she has worked for many companies around the country in many accounting and payroll departments. She is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Wendy Gaydos Accounting Clerk & Admin ACS Start Date: 2012 Wendy is the part-time accounting clerk in the Anchorage office. She provides support for all of the Anchorage office functions. She came to ACS with a solid background in Mircorsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Accounts Payables and Human Resources.. Human Resources Roger Heath Human Resources Generalist ACS Start Date: 2011 Roger brings over 25 years experience in Human Resources to ACS. His career includes over 21 years experience with the Air Force and 4 years with an <strong>Alaska</strong> Native Village Corporation prior to joining ACS. His diverse HR background includes union labor negotiations and conflict resolution. At ACS Roger is involved with hiring and recruitment actions, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance and employment law, and the drug and alcohol program. He is committed to building skills, growing confidence, and encouraging and motivating people to act in ways that help achieve the ACS workplace vision. 40
