<strong>Landfill</strong> <strong>gas</strong> <strong>extraction</strong> <strong>unit</strong>: <strong>HAASE</strong> <strong>Manifold</strong> <strong>Station</strong><br />
<strong>HAASE</strong> manifold stations are available in different designs. Prefabricated concrete elements are used<br />
on slopes and on flat ground. <strong>Manifold</strong> stations in the form of PE-wells are a cost-efficient solution.<br />
Spandrel-braced containers can be placed right on top of a landfill body. Here, the connections are<br />
made from the bottom side. They are designed in a way that there is no risk of disconnection in the<br />
event of settlements or movements in the landfill body.<br />
<strong>HAASE</strong> manifold stations: Prefabricated concrete elements, PE-wells, containers.<br />
A pipe that delivers <strong>gas</strong> from a collector well to the <strong>gas</strong> <strong>extraction</strong> <strong>unit</strong> ends inside of a manifold<br />
station on the edge of the landfill body. Here, all the <strong>gas</strong> pipes are joined together on a manifold<br />
and it is possible to monitor and adjust the <strong>gas</strong> quantity delivered from every single well. <strong>HAASE</strong><br />

developed a special system to remove water plugs caused by condensation. We call this system the<br />
"pressure-controlled drainage of <strong>gas</strong> pipelines".<br />
