from dawn to dark. Across the Arkansas River, the USS<br />

veteran that was present at Pearl Harbor. Alltel Arena in<br />

Northeast of the capital city is Jacksonville, home of the<br />

Little Rock Air Force Base. Just northwest of the greater Little<br />
