Security will be provided for the exhibit hall (not for<br />

individual booths) from set up through tear-down<br />

Two complimentary registrations to the <strong>WERC</strong> Annual<br />

Conference for Sunday, April 28, 2013 and Monday,<br />

April 29, 2013, including tickets to all meals/events on<br />

those days.<br />

Registration for Tuesday, April 30, 2013, and Wednesday,<br />

May 1, 2013, may be purchased by the same booth staff at<br />

a greatly-discounted registration fee of $550 per person.<br />

Demonstration Theater<br />

The stage is located in the exhibit hall where you have the<br />

opportunity to draw lots of attention as you demonstrate<br />

your products/services. Limited to one half-hour, this allows<br />

you to present a more focused look at your company<br />

than the regular educational conference sessions. It’s an<br />

additional chance to get your company in front of <strong>WERC</strong><br />

attendees and answer questions.<br />

Schedule for demo stage presentations! There are a limited<br />

number of time slots, and they are available on a first come,<br />

first served basis.<br />
