Created in 1947 by the Guedes family, involved in the<br />
Portuguese wine industry for more than three hundred years,<br />
Quinta da Aveleda is now one of Portugal’s most successful<br />
wineries.<br />
Located near Paredes, some 50 kilometres east of Porto, on the north bank of the Douro, Quinta da Aveleda produces one of<br />
Portugal’s finest Vinho Verdes from their own estate grown fruit, and blend and bottle Casal Garcia, the most successful of all<br />
Portuguese white wine brands.<br />

Aveleda Casal Garcia Vinho Verde<br />
Selected grape varieties are brought from the extensive vineyards of the Vinho Verde Region<br />
to the winery, to produce a smooth and fresh wine with a delicate aroma. It is the wine with<br />
the longest history at Aveleda and is easily identified by its blue label.<br />
Aveleda Quinta da Alveda<br />
A top flight Vinho Verde, this harmonious wine has a fresh, fruity and delicately floral aroma,<br />
with hints of tropical fruits. On the palate Quinta da Aveleda presents a long and persistent<br />
finish.<br />
Casal Garcia Vinho Verde Rose<br />
This unique wine, the only Rose Vinho Verde in production is delightfully fresh and fruity with<br />
flavours and aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry.<br />
