hange exists whether we’re ready
to accept it or not. Sometimes
change is small and we hardly notice
it at all. And sometimes change is so
significant, it impacts our lives forever.
How we handle change is what sets us
apart and while some will prosper and
take advantage of new opportunities,
others will fail because they are unable to
adjust. As individuals, as professionals,
and as members of a larger community,
too often the way we act, plan and react
to change reflects an assumption that
tomorrow will be much like today – that
we’ll be fine if we just keep doing what we
are already doing. But the reality is, the
only thing which remains the same is the
fact that everything, whether we want it to
or not, inevitably changes. The question
is, will we be one of those that prospers –
or one of those that fails?
In 2011, Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care
clearly demonstrated it was the former,
not only embracing change but using
it to fuel a year of incredible growth
and prosperity at a time when many
businesses struggle to keep their doors
open. VNHC’s passion, fortitude and
ability to adapt are reflected in its many
accomplishments, upgrades and new
programs. More importantly, it’s reflected
in our commitment to providing the
community with the most compassionate
and comprehensive home health, hospice
and personal care services available.
