On July 12, 2011, Sir Knight Richard Dunaway, Right Eminent <strong>Grand</strong> Commander<br />
<strong>of</strong> Oklahoma, and Sir Knight Jim Rossi, the Oklahoma <strong>Knights</strong><br />
<strong>Templar</strong> Eye Foundation Chairman, presented a pediatric ophthalmology<br />
research grant to Dean A. McGee <strong>of</strong> the University <strong>of</strong> Oklahoma Health Sciences<br />
Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The research is <strong>of</strong> experimental therapy for juvenile<br />
autosomal dominant macular dystrophy specific silencing <strong>of</strong> mutant protein that<br />
causes early childhood blindness.<br />
