Dear Member,
On behalf of Inas Asia, it is my pleasure to invite you to join the Eligibility and Classification
Workshop which will take place in Hong Kong with details below:-
Date : 3 December 2012 (Monday)
Time : 9 am – 5 pm
Venue : Hong Kong Baptist University, Shek Mun (Shatin) Campus Centre, 8 On Muk
Street, Shek Mun, Shatin, N.T.
Target : Inas Asia staff and board members of nation members who are responsible for or
interested in eligibility and classification, local coaches and university students
Chief speaker : Professor Jan Burns, Head of Eligibility of Inas

Hotel accommodation
Royal Park Hotel (http://www.royalpark.com.hk), rooms are HK$1,090+10% (without breakfast) /
HK$1,160+10% (with buffet breakfast) per night. Check-in date is on 2 December, 2012. Since
the workshop will be finished at 5pm on 3 December, 2012, late night flight back on the same day
is feasible.
Hotel Reservation must be made by credit card on or before 26 October, 2012. Cancellation
or amendment is allowed to be made on or before 16 November, 2012. After 16 November, 2012,
all bookings will be charged for the full amount for the entire period, non-transferable and nonrefundable.

Travel to and from the airport
The Royal Park Hotel provides shuttle bus service at HK$140 per person per trip. (The time table
and the meeting point location map are attached). The Hong Kong MTR airport express line
http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/fares_tickets/tf_index.html arrives at the Shatin station (a 5-minutes
walking distance away from the hotel). Taxi service from airport to hotel costs approximately
HK$250.
Workshop fee
The fee is US$30 per person including lunch and a round-trip transportation between the workshop
venue and the Royal Park Hotel. This can be paid in cash on arrival.
