Three half-day (2.00 – 5.30) sessions with a focus on identifying and supporting pupils whose progress and attainment may be affected by factors relating to gender, socioeconomic status, language, ethnicity or special needs will run in the autumn and spring terms and will cover Using data to support planning, Literacy across the curriculum and Assessment. Full details will be published nearer the time. Barnet NQT Induction Training Programme Although the Barnet NQT induction training package is principally aimed at primary schools, it also contains six sessions relating to generic areas of key importance to both primary and secondary practitioners. Secondary NQTs are very welcome to join these sessions. The buy-in package charge is £750 per NQT and includes access to all training available in Barnet’s NQT Induction Training Programme. Prices for individual sessions are £249 for a whole day and £129 for a half day.
