Northwest has<br />
been dedicated to<br />
empowering <strong>and</strong><br />
healing <strong>the</strong> children, individuals <strong>and</strong> families in<br />
crisis within our community. We are <strong>the</strong> area’s largest<br />
provider of Childrens’ Mental Health services.<br />
In 2011, we provided support for 1644 children who<br />
suffered from abuse, neglect, drug endangerment,<br />
economic instability, depression <strong>and</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r serious<br />
emotional <strong>and</strong> physical problems.<br />
In addition to our clinical services, our Child Welfare<br />
program places youth from extreme cases of trauma,<br />
abuse <strong>and</strong> neglect into structured foster care with 24<br />
hour wrap <strong>around</strong> support for children, teens <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
foster parents. Your support of our Golf Tournament<br />
helps provide funding for <strong>the</strong>se vital programs.<br />

FORMAT<br />
This is a Shot-gun start, best-ball format. Each player<br />
hits his/her first shot, <strong>the</strong> best of which is chosen to<br />
be <strong>the</strong> <strong>team</strong> shot. The three remaining players hit <strong>the</strong><br />
next shot from within one foot of that location. <strong>Put</strong>ts<br />
are made from <strong>the</strong> exact location of preceding closest<br />
shot. No two shots consecutively by any one player.<br />
<strong>Put</strong>ting is separate. Everyone putts.<br />
Light snack, water <strong>and</strong> dinner are provided.<br />
