ECONOMIC STRENGTHS<br />
Tourism has an increase with the arrival <strong>of</strong> cruises in the last<br />
4 years.<br />
The first arrival was Holland America’s MS. Ryndam in 2008.<br />
Followed later by HA’s Oosterdam, Zaandam and Statendam<br />
as well as Royal Caribbean’s Azamara Journey<br />
This year building will begin <strong>of</strong> a cruise terminal in Puerto<br />
Peñasco, creating the Sea <strong>of</strong> Cortez route that could result in<br />
weekly arrivals into <strong>Guaymas</strong>
