MD’s Message
I’ve long enjoyed tea and often talk about how it
is a healthier choice of caffeine compared to coffee. Packed with
antioxidants and many other health benefits, this five thousandyear-old
discovery is indeed a great find for man. Choose to have
it white, black, green, hot or chilled - the options are plentiful and
equally refreshing.
What better way to enjoy the beverage than sipping iced tea on
the beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka, home to some of the best
tea plantations in the world? This exotic destination has much
