Assembly procedures<br />
1.) Measure the length of<br />
bundling sleeve required and<br />
cut to length.<br />
2.) Begin folding over the<br />
bottom portions of the<br />
sleeve material.<br />
3.) Fold over one end of the<br />
hook & loop material and<br />
fasten to the bottom.<br />
Work your way up the entire<br />
length of sleeve this way.<br />
4.) Your hoses are now<br />
secure and bundled.<br />

Step 1<br />
Follow the appropriate hose<br />
assembly instructions<br />
through the assembly of one<br />
end fitting. Cut firesleeve to<br />
same length as hose.<br />
Start firesleeve over cut end<br />
of hose. Note: If applying<br />
sleeve over Teflon or<br />
stripped cover assemblies,<br />
wrap exposed wire with<br />
tape. Grasp sleeve and<br />
slip over the hose assembly<br />
as illustrated.<br />
Step 2<br />
Skin sleeve back from cut<br />
end of hose enough to<br />
allow assembly of second<br />
end fitting. (2A)<br />
Then center sleeve so that it<br />
completely covers both<br />
sockets. (2B)<br />
Step 4<br />
Position band clamp over<br />
sleeve as shown and then<br />
draw tight with hand tool.<br />
Remove tool and cut free<br />
end of band clamp. Repeat<br />
on other end of assembly.<br />
To complete, bend protruding<br />
tail of clamp over clamp<br />
buckle.<br />
Step 3<br />
Insert tail of band clamp into<br />
hand clamping tool.<br />
