<strong>Inas</strong> application forms for World and<br />

Regional Swimming <strong>Record</strong>s<br />

Verification of Swimming <strong>Record</strong> or Ranking<br />

1. Swimmers must appear in the <strong>Inas</strong> Classification Master List before they may<br />

apply for <strong>Inas</strong> records.<br />

2. In order to have the verification of <strong>Record</strong>s and Rankings for swimmers, all<br />

applications should be sent to Swimming Director for verification. <strong>Inas</strong> will<br />

issue certificate of <strong>Record</strong> that verified.<br />

3. <strong>Record</strong>s and Rankings will be issued in accordance with the <strong>Inas</strong> <strong>Record</strong>s and<br />

Rankings Policy (see <strong>Inas</strong> Handbook).<br />

4. <strong>Application</strong>s should be made by informing the Sport Director (Swimming)<br />

within 1 week of completion of the competition via email. Contact addresses<br />

can be found on the <strong>Inas</strong> website.<br />

5. Receipt of the application by post must follow within 3 weeks to the <strong>Inas</strong><br />

Sport Director (Swimming)<br />

6. The postal submission should include:<br />

a. <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Form</strong><br />

b. An electronic or 3 handheld times results and signed by Referee.<br />

c. A copy of the full set of results for the competition.<br />

7. Enquiries should be addressed to the Sport Director (Swimming).
