Record Application Form - Inas

Inas application forms for World and
Regional Swimming Records
Verification of Swimming Record or Ranking
1. Swimmers must appear in the Inas Classification Master List before they may
apply for Inas records.
2. In order to have the verification of Records and Rankings for swimmers, all
applications should be sent to Swimming Director for verification. Inas will
issue certificate of Record that verified.
3. Records and Rankings will be issued in accordance with the Inas Records and
Rankings Policy (see Inas Handbook).
4. Applications should be made by informing the Sport Director (Swimming)
within 1 week of completion of the competition via email. Contact addresses
can be found on the Inas website.
5. Receipt of the application by post must follow within 3 weeks to the Inas
Sport Director (Swimming)
6. The postal submission should include:
a. Application Form
b. An electronic or 3 handheld times results and signed by Referee.
c. A copy of the full set of results for the competition.
7. Enquiries should be addressed to the Sport Director (Swimming).
