MESSAGE
Communication has remained important since the
inception of human civilization. The science has ever
strived to minimize the barriers of geographical distances.
The invention of Telephone heralded the sequence of
advances which has taken us in the era of modern Info-
Communication Technology (ICT). The telephone,
specially the mobile or cell phones defines the state of
outstanding facility which is commonly available. This
underlines the utility of a Telephone Directory. The
Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner has been
keeping pace with ICT and brought out two telephone
Directories. It is now pertinent that we also go digital with
this third edition.
I appreciate the efforts of Er. Vipin Laddha, Officer
Incharge, CIMCA and his team in bringing out the
Telephone Directory. I believe it would further enhance
the connectivity of RAU family members.
