2004. Prime Minister of Rumania Mr A. Nastase at the opening ceremony.
Progress in philately that has occurred in Rumania is mainly due to the
hard work and to the continuous efforts of the leading team of philatelists
of the country, and especially of the President Leonard Pascanu. He has
developed excellent friendly relations with people in power and
particularly with the Prime Minister Mr Adrian Nastase whom he has
attracted to Philately.
Approachable and wonderful, the Prime Minister (left) creating a very
friendly atmosphere proposes pleasant ideas to Mr Pascanu and Mr
Rangos (centre).
