Dr Julius Molnar <strong>FIP</strong> <strong>Maximaphily</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> delegate of Slovakia<br />

was the winner of the 1rst Prize of the Best Maximum Card World<br />

Competition. Here, in Nitra–Slovakia, Dr Molnar receives the Prize and<br />

congratulations of <strong>FIP</strong> <strong>Maximaphily</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> Chairman Nicos<br />

Rangos.<br />

2004. Mr Bela Bugar Vice president of the House of Representatives of<br />

Slovakia opened the Exhibition “NITRA 2004” and supported by all<br />

means the trilateral show. In the photo Mr Bugar had an interesting<br />

conversation on philately and maximaphily with Mr Nicos Rangos<br />

during the reception after the opening ceremony.<br />

2004. Prime Minister of Rumania Mr A. Nastase at the opening ceremony.<br />

Progress in philately that has occurred in Rumania is mainly due to the<br />

hard work and to the continuous efforts of the leading team of philatelists<br />

of the country, and especially of the President Leonard Pascanu. He has<br />

developed excellent friendly relations with people in power and<br />

particularly with the Prime Minister Mr Adrian Nastase whom he has<br />

attracted to Philately.<br />

2005. A symposium for <strong>Maximaphily</strong> and Youth Philately was held during<br />

“MAXIFRANCE 2005” in Corbeil-Essonnes municipal theatre where Joseph<br />

2007. Li Hong <strong>FIP</strong> <strong>Maximaphily</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> delegate of China was present<br />

in “Phil à Mâcon ’07” Exhibition and competition. Nicos Rangos<br />

congratulates Li Hong for his valuable classic maximaphily exhibit “Latin<br />

America 1900-1940”.<br />

Following a trilateral agreement between the Ministry of Education and Culture,<br />

the Cyprus Postal Services and Cyprus Philatelic Society, an important number of<br />

philatelic activities were introduced and supported in Primary, Secondary and<br />

High Education levels.<br />

knowledge, aesthetics, self-confidence, tolerance, pleasance and satisfaction.<br />
