The National Three-Position Air Rifle Council established the Junior Excellence-In-Competition<br />
Award <strong>Program</strong> to provide incentives for junior threeposition<br />
air rifle competitors to improve and excel. This program awards<br />
prestigious badges of distinction to the most outstanding junior shooters. Junior<br />
shooters earn EIC credit points by placing in designated competitions in<br />
accordance with the requirements of this program. The Junior Distinguished<br />
Badge is awarded to school-age junior three-position air rifle shooters who<br />
attain a series of high rankings<br />
in designated major<br />
junior air rifle championships<br />
that include the State Junior<br />
Olympic Qualifiers, CMP Cup<br />
Matches, National Junior<br />
Olympic Championships and<br />
other National Council Three-<br />
Position Air Rifle Championships.<br />
