PURCHASE PROCEDURE<br />
ORDERING PROCEDURE<br />
Please give the quantity, unit size or weight, reference number and description of the samples required, and ensure we have your full delivery and invoice address. In the case of EU<br />
customers, please also provide your VAT number.<br />
PRICES<br />
For prices see separate price list. Prices are stated in £ Sterling and are subject to revision without notice. They exclude packing, despatch and VAT where applicable.<br />
TERMS<br />
The following terms apply:-<br />
(i) United Kingdom. Net monthly account (subject to approved bank and trade references.) Insurance and freight are charged extra, and Value Added Tax at the standard rate is<br />
charged on the net invoice value.<br />
(ii) Overseas. Packing, documentation, insurance and carriage are charged extra at cost. We shall be pleased to forward a quotation detailing these costs upon request. Prepayment<br />
is required on all orders.<br />
PAYMENT<br />
By cheque, made payable to "Bureau of Analysed Samples Ltd." at the address below.<br />
By most major credit/debit cards, e.g. Visa and MasterCard. For such transactions the following information is required:-<br />
Card number and expiry date.<br />
Cardholder’s full name and address, as held by the card issuer, including postcode and contact telephone number.<br />
Confirmation of the gross amount (including shipping charges) to be deducted from the account.<br />
The three digit security code as printed on the back the card.<br />
