About the Manual This Manual consists of four modules pertaining to essential and emergency obstetrics and newborn care. This manual has been created with an objective of making obstetricians aware regarding most recent developments. The differential diagnosis of important obstetrical complications like Ante partum hemorrhage has been put into tabular form, which makes it simpler and easier to follow. Similarly case studies on different complications will be helpful in adopting practical approach in management of cases. 8
