The Mocs took a three-day tour of Toronto, Canada over Labor Day weekend prior to the season.
The team had 10 practice days before the trip and four games which helped prepare for the
start of practice in Oct. More importantly, the student-athletes
and staff got an opportunity to tour the world’s most diverse city.
The Mocs not only took in an MLB game (Blue Jays-Yankees), but
among the sites seen was the CN Tower, the tallest free-standing
structure in the Americas, and second in the world, standing
1,815.4 feet in height. The observation deck where the Mocs
toured is over 1,300-feet from the Earth’s surface including a glass
floor to look straight down upon Toronto.
