New Accounts<br />
New accounts are initiated based upon the purchase<br />
<strong>of</strong> displays and/or inventory. There are various programs<br />
available for the purchase <strong>of</strong> displays. Please<br />
consult your local sales representative or Aviana for<br />
the details on these programs. Aviana will have the<br />
final decision in qualifying potential customers.<br />
Terms and Conditions<br />
All orders are accepted and delivered based upon<br />
Aviana’s terms and conditions as detailed in this<br />
book. The terms and conditions may not be altered<br />
by any means by the client unless the change has<br />
been authorized in writing by an <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> Aviana.<br />
Special Quotes<br />
Special pricing may be given for multi unit construction<br />
projects, hotel jobs and other projects that require<br />
a large volume <strong>of</strong> items. Please contact Aviana<br />
for special quotations.<br />
Back Orders<br />
Aviana will make every attempt to ship orders complete<br />
and on time. Items unavailable at the time <strong>of</strong><br />
shipment will be back ordered. If backorders are not<br />
acceptable, “SHIP COMPLETE” should be noted<br />
on the purchase order.<br />
Promotional Material<br />
We supply at no charge, a reasonable number <strong>of</strong> sales<br />
catalogs, brochures and other promotional material.<br />
Requests for promotional material must be made<br />
through a Sales Representative, and a purchase order<br />
is required to process the request.<br />
Delivery<br />
All orders are FOB Aviana Bath and Glass Design’s<br />
warehouse (Phoenix, Arizona). Unless special instructions<br />
have been given, we will attempt to use the<br />
most economical carrier.<br />
Prices<br />
All prices are exclusive <strong>of</strong> tax and freight and are<br />
subject to tax and freight charges as applicable, unless<br />
otherwise pre-authorized. Prices are subject to<br />
change without notice. All errors and omissions are<br />
subject to correction.<br />
