Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice. Past Due accounts are subject to a service charge of 2% per month.
Return Goods Policy
Items deemed to be defective due to workmanship or materials will be exchanged if the item is identified as
being defective within 5 days of receipt. No goods will be accepted without prior authorization from Aviana
as well as having a RGA number. RGA numbers should be marked on the outer carton.
Warranty
Aviana’s glass and hardware products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for
one year. Glass breakage resulting from normal use of glass products is not covered under this warranty.
Please refer to the section on installation and use.
Damages and Claims
Unless Aviana is notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any irregularities, it will be assumed that
the customer accepts the order as shipped. The customer must initiate and file a claim with the carrier for
damaged goods, as the carrier is responsible, once they sign the bill of lading. The client should note any
discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery slip before accepting shipment and should request an inspection by the
carrier. If packages are received damaged, please note this on the carriers receipt. Be sure to save all damaged
cartons and packing materials to present to the carrier when filing a claim.
Aviana will not accept liability for damages caused through failure of products supplied, claims of labor,
shipping cost, incidental or consequential damages will not be accepted.
Quotations
In making quotations for projects, Aviana will provide an estimated delivery time. The estimate delivery time
is offered as a best estimate for the anticipated delivery time. It is expressly stated that the estimated time of
delivery is not binding upon Aviana or the Sales Representative, and does not provide the basis for claims of
consequential or other damages.
Returned Checks
Returned checks will be subject to a $25 surcharge.
Installation and Use Warning
1. CAUTION: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. THE NUT ON THE DRAIN SET SHOULD BE
HAND TIGHTENED AND THEN TURNED NO MORE THAN ONE ADDITIONAL
TURN. Silicone is recommended to be used to create a water tight seal. The metal surfaces of the drain
set should never come in contact with the glass (Doing so can cause stresses to build in the glass
which could later crack the glass). Use of a mounting ring is also recommended. Please refer to page 11
2. Glass Basins are not intended for holding water. Ensure that the drain used remains open.
3. Large quick variations in temperature may cause breakage. Also, scalding water may cause breakage.
4 Not recommended for installation below medicine cabinets.
5. Do not apply pressure to the edges of the vessel as this may cause cracking at the mounting location.
6.Dropping items in or on the glass vessels and/or sink may cause breakage.
Care and Cleaning
Clean using a mild glass cleaner. Spray cleaner on a soft cloth and then wipe basin. Do not use any abrasive
products on the bowl.
Crate Charges
A $100 per crate charge per item will be applied for all custom orders.
Pallet Charges
A $25 pallet charge will be applied to all orders of Euro Vanities.
Packaging Charges
A $25 packaging charge will be applied to all orders of Mirrors.
