Kendall Wipff<br />
Kendall Wipff <strong>is</strong> the founder <strong>of</strong> The Kindness<br />
Campaign. Kendall <strong>is</strong> an 18 year old Senior at<br />
Andover High School. She <strong>is</strong> an active<br />
member <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors and the<br />
National Honor Society at AHS. She has been<br />
taking voice lessons for ten years<br />
and performs at many community and civic<br />
events. Kendall created a program called<br />
Singing for Seniors where she volunteers her<br />
time to perform at local Senior Centers,<br />
recruiting students from her voice studio to<br />
perform with her. She has held a Can Drive for<br />
Neighbors in Need for the past three years,<br />
and volunteers weekly at the Boys and Girls<br />
Club in Lawrence, MA. Additionally, Kendall <strong>is</strong><br />
M<strong>is</strong>s Massachusetts Outstanding Teen. Th<strong>is</strong><br />
year, she <strong>is</strong> traveling around the state<br />
promoting her platform: "The Kindness<br />
Campaign: Everyone Can Make a Difference".<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> Planning and <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Development</strong> (PCD) <strong>is</strong><br />
responsible for admin<strong>is</strong>tration <strong>of</strong> Federal and State <strong>Grant</strong>s on<br />
housing, homeless, economic development and community<br />
development. The Office <strong>of</strong> Housing Rehabilitation (OHR)<br />
implements programs including home and rental rehabilitation,<br />
handicapped adaptation, flood-prone retr<strong>of</strong>itting, lead hazard<br />

Council on Aging (COA) provides <strong>Quincy</strong> seniors services to<br />
ensure a high quality <strong>of</strong> life: healthy lifestyle services; support<br />
groups; fitness and sports events; recreational and social<br />
gatherings; outreach and referral services such as legal,<br />
housing ass<strong>is</strong>tance, and snow removal; and medical or social<br />

<strong>Quincy</strong> Health Department (QHD) provides services and programs<br />
to protect the health, safety and well-being <strong>of</strong> the residents <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Quincy</strong>. We enforce all public health and environmental<br />
regulations for prevention and control <strong>of</strong> d<strong>is</strong>ease; protect<br />
residents from environmental hazards; and provide clinics and<br />

Non-Pr<strong>of</strong>it Organizations<br />
Asian American Service Association (AASA) <strong>is</strong> a 501(c)3 nonpr<strong>of</strong>it<br />
organization since 1996 to serve the growing needs <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Asian community in <strong>Quincy</strong>. AASA has been one <strong>of</strong> the leading<br />
Asian organizations in <strong>Quincy</strong> to serve Asian seniors and families<br />
with children under the age <strong>of</strong> four. (AASA-MA.org)<br />
DOVE, Inc. (Domestic Violence Ended) works with individuals,<br />
families, and communities to help them recognize their strengths<br />
and achieve their goals. Our services are designed to provide<br />
ass<strong>is</strong>tance and guidance in identifying safety <strong>is</strong>sues and options;<br />
empower victims/survivors <strong>of</strong> abuse to make healthy choices<br />
about their own lives; and educate the community about<br />

Father Bill’s & Mainspring (FBMS) <strong>is</strong> dedicated to ending - not<br />
simply managing – homelessness in Southeastern Mass. Our<br />
primary focus areas are housing, prevention, emergency shelter<br />
and workforce development. We deliver a range <strong>of</strong> programs and<br />
services to meet the needs <strong>of</strong> individuals facing homelessness.<br />

Interfaith Social Services (ISS) m<strong>is</strong>sion <strong>is</strong> to strengthen<br />
family life and <strong>of</strong>fer ass<strong>is</strong>tance to anyone in need. Programs<br />
include: the food pantry, emotional or mental health<br />
counseling; homelessness prevention and emergency<br />
ass<strong>is</strong>tance; d<strong>is</strong>tribution center for free pr<strong>of</strong>essional attire for<br />
low income job seekers; and a thrift shop for low cost<br />

Manet <strong>Community</strong> Health Center (MCHC) has a m<strong>is</strong>sion to<br />
provide quality, accessible health care for all. We have five<br />
(5) locations in Hough’s Neck, Hull, North <strong>Quincy</strong>, <strong>Quincy</strong><br />
Medical Center, and Snug Harbor. Our community outreach<br />
team provides culturally and lingu<strong>is</strong>tically appropriate outreach<br />

Neighborhood Housing Services <strong>of</strong> the South Shore (NHS)<br />
believes that affordable housing and stable neighborhoods<br />
help individuals and families realize their full dignity and<br />
potential. Our m<strong>is</strong>sion <strong>is</strong> to create housing opportunities by<br />
educating and ass<strong>is</strong>ting first time home buyers, developing<br />
affordable housing, and making home rehabilitation loans.<br />

<strong>Quincy</strong> After School Child Care, Inc. (QASCC) <strong>is</strong> designed for<br />
school aged children, kindergarten through thirteen years<br />
old. We are an affordable school age program, providing<br />
care within the elementary school setting. We <strong>of</strong>fer school<br />
age programs during the school year, February and April<br />
vacation, as well as summer at Lincoln Hancock.<br />

Greater <strong>Quincy</strong> and <strong>is</strong> dedicated to serving people in cr<strong>is</strong><strong>is</strong><br />
and reducing poverty and helping low-income people<br />
achieve self-sufficiency. Areas <strong>of</strong> focus include: affordable<br />
housing; energy efficiency; quality early education and care;<br />
adult education and job skills; households in cr<strong>is</strong><strong>is</strong> to<br />

South Shore YMCA (SSMCA) <strong>is</strong> dedicated to improving the<br />

Neighborhood Center (GNC) strives to enable individuals to<br />
gain skills and acquire confidence to take action that will<br />
