regarding the student involved in the 45-day
Diagnostic Program run by the Resolve
Behavioral Health Services at the request of
the Bethlehem Area SD. This case
conference is critical in developing
recommendations, interventions and a
treatment plan.
F.8 Northampton
County Fire School
Will train the staff at the Colonial Academy
on fire safety and evacuation procedures.
F.9 Amy Pidgeon Will provide occupational therapy/social
skills services to students in the Extended
School Year Program.
F.10 David Reagan Will conduct a three-credit continuing
professional education course, “Common
Core: Using Book Clubs to Amp Up Text
Citing”.
F.11 Rx Home Care, Inc. Will provide an RN or LPN in absence of the
full time nurse at the Colonial Academy.
F.12 Therapy Source,
Inc.
Will provide Occupational Therapy Services
to school aged students in the Delaware
Valley School District during the Extended
School Year Program.
F.13 Rick Weaver Will provide assessment and revision of the
evacuation procedure for students and staff
at the Colonial Academy.
F.14 Dana Flynn Will provide mandated school based Speech
and Language support services for the CIU
20 Extended School Year Program.
F.15 SBP Consulting, Inc.
Dr. Steve Parese
Will provide certification to Mr. Christopher
Wolfel for Therapeutic Aggression Control
Techniques (TACT2) and Therapeutic
Behavior Management for Schools (TBM). Mr.
Wolfel will become certified as a Master
Trainer and will be able to provide the crisis
intervention training programs to our
member districts.
F.16 Erica Szwast Will provide physical therapy services to
students in the Extended School Year
Program.
F.17 Laura Wagner Will provide mandated school based Speech
and Language support services for the CIU
