SOUTH EUCLID FIRE DEPARTMENT – 2011 ANNUAL REPORT EMS Billing Receipts The South Euclid Fire Department bills patients transported to medical facilities. The funds received are distributed between the fire department and the general fund. The first $200,000 goes into fire department accounts and all funds received over this amount go into the general fund. The funds received by the fire department are split, with $150,000 being placed in a vehicle fund and the remaining $50,000 going into an equipment fund.
