SOUTH EUCLID FIRE DEPARTMENT – 2011 ANNUAL REPORT
Fire Department Surveys
Each month we send out fifteen surveys to evaluate our service on calls. We send ten surveys
to EMS calls and five to fire calls. These surveys help us understand areas where we may need
to improve. They provide a chance to recognize exceptional performances by our firefighters. A
copy of the survey form follows.
In 2011 we sent out 180 surveys.
We received back 58 surveys.
The surveys have 10, yes or no questions.
Of the 580 possible yes responses, the responses had:
566 yes 97.6%
7 no 1.2% (all seven were on one response)
7 blank 1.2%
The questionnaire has a scale of performance ranking from 1 to 10, with ten being the best.
