Cilji:<br />
Cilj tega predmeta je:<br />
• nadgraditi pojme teorije stohastičnih<br />
procesov,<br />
• osvojiti poglobljeno razumevanje statističnih<br />
poka<strong>za</strong>teljev stohastičnih procesov,<br />
• pridobiti sposobnosti interpretacije<br />
nedoločenih pojavov,<br />
• naučiti uporabljati teoretično znanje <strong>za</strong><br />
reševanje <strong>za</strong>htevnejših stohastičnih<br />
problemov v logistiki.<br />
Objectives:<br />
This course will help students:<br />
• enhance the theoretical knowledge <strong>of</strong><br />
stochastic processes,<br />
• gain a deep understanding <strong>of</strong> statistical<br />
indicators <strong>of</strong> stochastic processes,<br />
• gain the ability to interpret uncertain events,<br />
• gain the ability to apply theoretical<br />
knowledge for the purpose <strong>of</strong> more<br />
complicated stochastic problems solving in<br />
logistics.<br />
Predvideni študijski rezultati:<br />
Znanje in razumevanje:<br />
• študenti nadgradijo pojme teorije<br />
stohastičnih procesov,<br />
• študenti se naučijo ocenjevanja statističnih<br />
poka<strong>za</strong>teljev stohastičnih procesov,<br />
• študenti pridobijo sposobnost interpretacije<br />
nedoločenih pojavov,<br />
• študenti se usposobijo <strong>za</strong> uporabo<br />
teoretičnega znanja pri obravnavi<br />
<strong>za</strong>htevnejših stohastičnih procesov v<br />
logistiki.<br />
Prenesljive/ključne spretnosti in drugi atributi:<br />
• Zmožnost sodelovanja pri reševanju<br />
<strong>za</strong>htevnejših problemov stohastične<br />
narave v logistističnih okoljih.<br />
Obvladovanje znanstvenih podlag in<br />
praktičnih spretnosti <strong>za</strong> nadaljnji študij in<br />
delo v logističnih in nelogističnih podjetjih.<br />
Metode poučevanja in učenja:<br />
• Predavanja: pri predavanjih študent spozna<br />
teoretične vsebine predmeta. Del predavanj se<br />
izvaja na klasični način v predavalnici, del pa v<br />
obliki e-predavanj (e-predavanja se lahko<br />
izvajajo na videokonferenčni način ali s<br />
pomočjo posebej v ta namen didaktično<br />
pripravljenih e-gradiv v virtualnem<br />
elektronskem učnem okolju).<br />
• Vaje: pri vajah študent utrdi teoretično znanje<br />
in spozna aplikativne možnosti. Del vaj se<br />
izvaja na klasični način v predavalnici, del pa v<br />
obliki e-predavanj (e-vaje se lahko izvajajo na<br />
videokonferenčni način ali s pomočjo posebej v<br />
ta namen didaktično pripravljenih e-gradiv v<br />
virtualnem elektronskem učnem okolju).<br />

Knowledge and Understanding:<br />
Students will:<br />

processes,<br />
• learn to estimate statistical indicators <strong>of</strong><br />
stochastic processes,<br />
• gain the ability to interpret undefined<br />
occurrences,<br />
• gain the ability to apply theoretical<br />
knowledge in the treatment <strong>of</strong> more<br />
complicated stochastic processes in<br />
logistics<br />
Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes:<br />
• The ability to co-operate in solving more<br />
complicated stochastic problems in logistics.<br />
Understanding scientific and practical<br />
competences for further studies and work in<br />
logistical and non-logistical companies.<br />
Learning and teaching methods:<br />
• Lectures: Students understand the theoretical<br />
frameworks <strong>of</strong> the course. Part <strong>of</strong> the lecture<br />
course is in a classroom while the rest is in the<br />
form <strong>of</strong> e-learning (e-lectures may be given via<br />
video-conferencing or with the help <strong>of</strong> specially<br />
designed e-material in a virtual electronic<br />
learning environment)<br />
• Seminars: Students enhance their theoretical<br />
knowledge and are able to apply it. Part <strong>of</strong> the<br />
seminar is in a classroom while the rest is in the<br />
