Cilji:<br />

Namen predmeta je, da študent: osvoji<br />

poglobljena metodološka znanja s področja<br />

oblikovanja in prenove logističnih procesov,<br />

podrobno spozna metodologijo projektne prenove<br />

logističnih procesov, razširjeno spozna metode in<br />

tehnike analiziranja primernosti logističnih<br />

procesov <strong>za</strong> prenovo, obvlada orodja (metode in<br />

tehnike), ki omogočajo ovrednotenje prenovljenih<br />

procesov<br />

Predvideni študijski rezultati:<br />

Znanje in razumevanje:<br />

Poglobljeno razumevanje teoretičnih in<br />

metodoloških izhodišč <strong>za</strong> oblikovanje in prenovo<br />

logističnih sistemov in procesov.<br />

Podrobnejša metodološka znanja <strong>za</strong> pripravo<br />

projekta prenove logističnih sistemov in procesov.<br />

Prenesljive/ključne spretnosti in drugi atributi:<br />

Sposobnost organiziranja in vodenja projektov<br />

prenove poslovanja v logističnem sistemu<br />

Objectives:<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> the course is that the student: gains<br />

a pr<strong>of</strong>ound methodological knowledge in the field <strong>of</strong><br />

design and renovation <strong>of</strong> the logistics processes,<br />

gains a detailed knowledge <strong>of</strong> methodology for<br />

logistics process renovation, realizes the<br />

renovation project logistics processes, is well<br />

acquainted with the methods and techniques <strong>of</strong><br />

analyzing the suitability <strong>of</strong> the logistics processes<br />

for the renovation, masters tools (methods and<br />

techniques) that enable the evaluation <strong>of</strong> revised<br />

processes<br />

Intended learning outcome:<br />

Knowledge and Understanding:<br />

In-depth understanding <strong>of</strong> the theoretical and<br />

methodological platform for designing and<br />

renovating logistics systems and processes.<br />

Detailed methodological knowledge for the<br />

preparation <strong>of</strong> the renovation project <strong>of</strong> logistics<br />

systems and processes<br />

Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes:<br />

The ability to organize and manage projects on<br />

renovation <strong>of</strong> operations in logistics systems.<br />

Metode poučevanja in učenja:<br />

Predavanja: pri predavanjih študent spozna<br />

teoretične vsebine predmeta. Del predavanj se<br />

izvaja na klasični način v predavalnici, del pa v<br />

obliki e-predavanj (e-predavanja se lahko izvajajo<br />

na videokonferenčni način ali s pomočjo posebej v<br />

ta namen didaktično pripravljenih e-gradiv v<br />

virtualnem elektronskem učnem okolju).<br />

Vaje: pri vajah študent utrdi teoretično znanje in<br />

spozna aplikativne možnosti. Del vaj se izvaja na<br />

klasični način v predavalnici, del pa v obliki e-<br />

predavanj in seminarskih nalog (e-vaje se lahko<br />

izvajajo na videokonferenčni način ali s pomočjo<br />

posebej v ta namen didaktično pripravljenih e-<br />

gradiv v virtualnem elektronskem učnem okolju).<br />

Learning and teaching methods:<br />

Lectures: Students understand the<br />

theoretical frameworks <strong>of</strong> the course. Part <strong>of</strong><br />

the lecture course is in a classroom while<br />

the rest is in the form <strong>of</strong> e-learning (electures<br />

may be given via videoconferencing<br />

or with the help <strong>of</strong> specially<br />

designed e-material in a virtual electronic<br />

learning environment)<br />

Tutorial/Seminars: Students enhance their<br />

theoretical knowledge and are able to apply<br />

it. Part <strong>of</strong> the tutorial/seminar is in a<br />

classroom while the rest is in the form <strong>of</strong> e-<br />

learning and coursework (e-seminars may<br />

be given via video-conferencing or with the<br />

help <strong>of</strong> specially designed e-material in a<br />

virtual electronic learning environment)<br />
