Walking<br />

Join our friendly walking group<br />

and explore the winding streets<br />

and trails of the old Village of<br />

<strong>Rockcliffe</strong> <strong>Park</strong>. Walking is a<br />

low-impact exercise with numerous<br />

health benefits. It’s good for<br />

your bones, improves fitness,<br />

tones your body and reduces<br />

the risk of certain cancers.<br />

Walks will be one hour long<br />

and approximately 5 km. Wear<br />

walking shoes and dress for<br />

the weather. Drop-ins welcome<br />

at any time. Bring a friend! A<br />

seniors discount is available.<br />
