be potential for falling.<br />
Information from recent<br />
research shows that strengthening<br />
the legs is the best<br />
prevention against falling, the<br />
main cause of broken bones.<br />
In this class we strengthen the<br />
legs, work on balance and<br />
understanding situations that<br />
can potentially result in a fall as<br />
well as learning tips to prevent<br />
falls in the home, where most<br />
