Dávid Jancsics − is a PhD candidate in sociology at the City University of New York,
Graduate Center. His dissertation examines how people at different organisational and
social class levels view and deal with corruption in post-communist Hungary.
Other Authors
Eric Láštic − is an associate professor at Comenius University, Gondova, Department of
Political Science. He received his PhD from Právnická fakulta TU. He has published
several book chapters and articles on the EU accession of new member states,
constitutional law, and institutional changes. He has also participated in research
projects related to political innovations, EU impact on law making and adaptation on
national level.
Marek Solon-Lipiński − is a sociologist, graduated from the Institute of Sociology at the
University of Warsaw. His research interests include civic participation and transparency.
He worked several years for the Stefan Batory Foundation’s Anti-Corruption Program. He
is currently working at the Institute of Public Affairs, Law and Democratic Institutions
Program.
Štěpán Zelinger − received his MA from the Central European University, Budapest. He
has participated in projects related to social enterprise capacity building and youth
volunteering.
