The Boiler Control 264 is a microprocessor-based
four stage boiler control. The 264 can provide either
outdoor reset and setpoint operation or outdoor
reset and DHW operation. The 264 stages and has
Equal Run Time Rotation of the boilers and also
operates the system pump and individual boiler
pumps. One, two, three and four stage on / off
boilers can be operated. The 264 also has options
for fixed lead and fixed last rotation sequences. A
contact is also available for either a combustion air
damper or external alarm.

The One Stage Steam Control 269 is a
microprocessor based steam boiler control. Based
on outdoor temperature, the 269 adjusts the on time
of a steam boiler or valve. The 269 has a
condensate return sensor to measure the point at
which steam is established and also to provide a
Lockout Differential for ensuring all latent heat is
extracted from the steam before the cycle starts
again. One or two indoor sensors can provide indoor
temperature feedback to the control. An auxiliary
relay is provided for operation of a condensate
pump.

Heating Controls - Stand Alone
362
The Mixing Control 362 is a microprocessor-based
mixing outdoor reset control that can operate either
a floating action 2, 3 or 4-way mixing valve or a
permanent capacitor, impedance protected or
equivalent pump through the variable speed output.
A tekmar Indoor or Slab Sensor, Digital RTU or
Zone Control can be connected to provide indoor
temperature feedback from single or multiple zones.
The 362 can control the boiler to provide Boiler Load
Reset and boiler protection. The 362 has two modes
of operation. Mode 1 operation is for heating
applications, whereas mode 2 operation is snow
melting applications. If mode 2 is selected, an
optional Snow Melt Kit (SMK) is available.

Setpoint Controls

The Mixing Control 356 is a microprocessor-based
outdoor reset control designed to operate a
permanent capacitor, impedance protected or
equivalent pump at varying speeds. The 356 also
provides for boiler minimum protection and boiler
operation.

Mixing Expansion Modules
The Mixing Expansion Module 440 provides a
system pump output and a single mixing output for
either a variable speed injection pump or floating
action mixing valve. The 440 cannot operate by
itself and requires the use of a tN4 System Control
that is capable of operating a Mixing Expansion
Module.

Outdoor Reset Modules
421
The Mixing Reset Module 421 provides outdoor
reset to a hydronic heating system in order to
maximize comfort and efficiency. The 421 can
operate a single on / off boiler and a single mix
water temperature. To operate two mixing devices,
a Mixing Expansion Module must be connected to
the 421. The mix output can operate a floating
action mixing valve or a variable speed injection
pump.
