Above Ground Installation
It is important that sufficient pipe supports of the correct type are
used in above ground installations to prevent sagging. These should
be positioned to permit axial movement.
Changes in pipe direction require sufficient strong fixings to prevent
any lateral movements. Resistance to axial movement may also be
required depending on the system layout. Pipe termination requires
high end-load resistance.
Standards and Approvals
All DuraFuse products are made in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:
2000 and the Push-Fast system has undergone extensive testing and
trials to prove the long-term performance of the system. The system
conforms to all relevant water standards including WIS 4-32-17 and
BS EN 12201.
Product approvals have been obtained by SVGW in Switzerland and
Becetel in Belgium.

DuraFuse manufacture the Push-Fast sockets in which the whole
Push-Fast system is designed around. Collaboration with a pipe
manufacturer is required to attach the sockets to pipe lengths and
to create fitting arrangements.
