Fall Activities
Registrations in June & July:
Junior Bucs Travel Tackle Football:
• Boys Grades 5 - 8
• Practices begin in August
Soccer Registration:
• Boys & Girls (Grades 1 – 8)
• Practices begin in September
Touch Football Registration:
• Grades 1 – 4
• Practices begin in September
Junior Bucs Cheerleading:
• Girls in Grades 3 – 8
Winter Activities
Registrations in October:
Boys & Girls Basketball:
• Grades 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8
• Registration begins Tuesday, October 11
Junior Bucs Wrestling:
• Ages 6 – 10, Ages 11 – 14
• Registration begins Tuesday, October 11
Registrations in January 2012:
Cheerleading Clinic:
• Grades 1-4, 5-8, Mondays & Wednesdays
• Registration begins in early January
Kindergym Registration – January:
• Grades K-2, Fun & Games, Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Registration in early January
Pre-School Play Program:
Children born between October 2007 (will be 5) and
September 2008 (turned 4 years old) who will enter
Kindergarten in September 2013 are eligible.

Baseball & Softball:
• T-Ball (5 & 6 years old in Kindergarten)
• Peanut League (7 & 8 years old)
• Junior Recreation (9-12 years old)
• Boys Intermediate Baseball (13-15 years old)
• Pee Wee (7-9 years old)
• Pigtail League (8-10 years old)
• Suburban Softball (Grades 7 & 8)
• Ponytail League (11-15 years old)
Summer Activities
Camp Belleville – Registration in May:
• Open for 6 Weeks: late June – early August
• Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 3:30PM
• Rec House: Grades K through 6
• School # 9: Grades 3 through 8
• Closed when raining
• Games, Activities, Arts & Crafts
Tennis Lessons at High School:
• Three per week - Dates T.B.A. – 9:30AM to 1:30PM
• Boys & Girls (Ages 8-16)
July 4 th :
• Field Day – 9:30 AM at Municipal Stadium
• Pre-Fireworks show 6:30 PM
• Fireworks – 9:15 PM

Calendar Notes:
♦ All registration must be conducted at the Belleville Recreation Department
building, located at 407 Joralemon Street.
♦ All children must register to be eligible for any Recreation Department
activity, including those who participated in an activity the year/season prior.
♦ A parent MUST be with the child to sign an application.
♦ Proof of residency and a birth certificate is required for registration.
♦ Parents should arrive to pick up their child 15 minutes prior to the end of a
game/activity.
In case of inclement weather conditions, please call the Recreation
Department information line at 973.450.3386 any time after 4:00 PM the
day of scheduled game/activity (after 8:00 AM on Saturdays).
