Enforcement Services Staff forwards the Special<br />
Magistrate’s recommendation - On <strong>June</strong> 26, <strong>2013</strong> the Special<br />
Magistrate, Charles J. Cino, issued a recommendation to<br />
reduce the fine to zero with the understanding that this would<br />
qualify the owners for money through the SHIP program in<br />
order to complete the project. If not they would be require to<br />
provide their own money and either way complete the<br />
project and receive and pass a final building inspection; if<br />
not the fine would return to the original amount <strong>of</strong><br />
$6,350.00.<br />
“I move that the <strong>City</strong> Commission grant the request <strong>of</strong> Pedro<br />
E. Velez Perez and Ana Glison Fragaso for a reduction <strong>of</strong> the<br />
fine concerning Case No. DEL-05-002 for the property<br />
located at 626 E. Normandy Blvd., <strong>Deltona</strong>, <strong>Florida</strong>, to zero<br />
and that they receive and pass a final building inspection or<br />
the fine reverts back to the original amount.”<br />

“I move that the <strong>City</strong> Commission not grant any reduction <strong>of</strong><br />
the fines requested <strong>of</strong> Pedro E. Velez Perez and Ana Glison<br />
Fragaso concerning Case No. DEL-05-002 for the property<br />
