Where can the applications for<br />

purchase/redemption switches be<br />

submitted?<br />

Being a close-ended Scheme, investors can subscribe to<br />

the units of the Scheme during the NFO Period only and<br />

the Scheme will not reopen for subscriptions after the<br />

closure of NFO.<br />

To provide liquidity to the investors, the Fund proposes<br />

to list the units on one or more of the recognized stock<br />

exchange.<br />

Units cannot be subscribed after the closure of NFO.<br />

After the NFO, the persons can invest in the Scheme<br />

only through demat mode by purchasing the units on<br />

BSE or any other Stock Exchange where the Scheme will<br />

list its units.<br />

Units cannot be redeemed before the maturity period.<br />

Investors can sell units of the scheme on BSE or any<br />

other Stock Exchange where the units of the scheme are<br />

listed.<br />

No redemption/repurchase of units shall be allowed prior<br />

to the maturity of the Plans. Investors wishing to exit<br />

may do so by selling their units through stock<br />

exchanges. The Plans shall be fully redeemed on the<br />

date of maturity and redemption proceeds shall be paid<br />

out within 10 business days, subject to availability of all<br />

relevant documents and details.<br />

Subscriptions including switch in available only during<br />

the NFO period.<br />

No Redemption/Repurchase facility is available. The<br />

units will be redeemed only on maturity of the scheme<br />

Dividends, if declared, will be paid (subject to deduction<br />

of tax at source, if any) to those Unit holders whose<br />

names appear in the Register of Unit holders on the<br />

record date. In case of Units held in dematerialized<br />

mode, the Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) will give the list of<br />

demat account holders and the number of Units held by<br />

them in electronic form on the Record date to the<br />

Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Mutual Fund.<br />

Further, the Trustee at its sole discretion may also<br />

declare interim dividend. However, it must be distinctly<br />

understood that the actual declaration of dividend and<br />

the frequency thereof will inter-alia, depend on the<br />

availability of distributable profits as computed in<br />

accordance with SEBI Regulations. The decision of the<br />

Trustee in this regard shall be final. On payment of<br />

dividends, the NAV will stand reduced by the amount of<br />

dividend and dividend tax (if applicable) paid.<br />

The dividend warrants shall be dispatched to the<br />

unitholders within 30 days of the date of declaration of<br />

the dividend.<br />

banker etc. are provided on back cover page.<br />

Applications for purchase can be submitted only during<br />

the New Fund Offer of the Plans. Applications for<br />
