Association québécoise des allergies alimentaires (AQAA)<br />

The Quebec Food Allergy Association (Association québécoise des allergies alimentaires/AQAA) is<br />

a non-profit organization whose mission is to advocate for the safety and improved quality of life of<br />

people liv<strong>in</strong>g with food allergy. Services <strong>in</strong>clude telephone and on-l<strong>in</strong>e support; tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g workshops<br />

and resource packages. AQAA also oversees the «Certified Allergen Control» programme, a programme<br />
