AWARDS<br />
The <strong>2009</strong> <strong>NAIDOC</strong> <strong>Perth</strong> Award winners were announced by Committee members Gail Beck and Angela Ryder at the<br />
Opening Ceremony.<br />
The Outstanding Achievement Award went to Dianne Ryder for her tireless voluntary work with disadvantaged and at risk<br />
children and the runner up was Samuel Dinah, for his tireless efforts as a staff member at the Aboriginal Legal Service of<br />
WA for over 30 years and as a Justice of the Peace.<br />
