Item 2 – Material Changes
Our last annual amendment was dated 3/28/2013. The following items have been updated
for this annual amendment:
The Brochure was updated to reflect the departure of Glenn Tongue from the firm, as well
as the removal of mutual funds as advisory clients. Additionally, Whitney Tilson has been
named the Chief Compliance Officer.
Throughout the brochure, Kase Capital Management has replaced T2 Partners
Management, LP as the primary business name.
Item 4: AUM updated as of 12/31/2013.
Pursuant to new SEC Rules, we will ensure you receive a summary of any material changes
to this and subsequent Brochures within 120 days of the close of our business’ fiscal year.
We may provide other ongoing disclosure information about material changes, as
necessary.
We will further provide you with a new Brochure, as needed, based on changes or new
information, at any time, without charge.
