ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<br />
1. The tendrer must have an average annual turnover <strong>of</strong><br />
I) Rs. 10,00,000/- ( Rs. Ten Lacs) during 2011-<strong>12</strong><br />
II) Rs. 5,00,000/- ( Rs. Five lacs) during 2010-11 and should be pr<strong>of</strong>it<br />
making during the last two years. Copies <strong>of</strong> the following documents<br />
should be submitted al<strong>on</strong>gwith the Technical Bid.<br />
(A) Audited Balance Sheet <strong>of</strong> last two years I.e 2009-10 and 2010-2011<br />
(B) Service Tax Certific<strong>at</strong>e.<br />
(C) Work C<strong>on</strong>tract, Labour Tax Certific<strong>at</strong>e<br />
(D) PAN No.<br />
2. The tenderer should have the Registered/ Office in <strong>Delhi</strong>/NCR<br />
3. The tenderer should have sufficient employees <strong>on</strong> its rolls or rolls <strong>of</strong> its<br />
Associ<strong>at</strong>es/ C<strong>on</strong>tractor specifically trainned for Housekeeping/Dak<br />
Service work.<br />
4. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er/ Associ<strong>at</strong>e/C<strong>on</strong>trctor should have a valid labour licence.<br />
5. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er should have following housekeeping work during last<br />
two years:-<br />
a) One work <strong>of</strong> value 5 lacs or more from any Govt. / Semi Govt./PSUs<br />
etc.<br />
b) Two works <strong>of</strong> value 2.5 lacs or more & <strong>on</strong>e <strong>of</strong> them should be from any<br />
Govt. / Semi Govt./PSUs/ Govt. uundertakings,etc<br />
c) Three works <strong>of</strong> value 1.5 lacs or more & <strong>on</strong>e <strong>of</strong> them should be from<br />
any Govt. / Semi Govt./PSUs/ Govt. uundertakings,etc<br />

6 The tenderer has to submit s<strong>at</strong>isfactory performance certific<strong>at</strong>e in Housekeeping/<br />
Dak Services from <strong>at</strong>least three PSUs/ Govt. De[artment where he has worked during<br />
last two years.<br />
7 Only agencies except for Govt Companies /PSUs etc.having valid registr<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong><br />
under c<strong>on</strong>tract labour Act, <strong>ESIC</strong>,EPF,& other st<strong>at</strong>utory law required for providing<br />
Housekeeping/Dak Services may submit the tender.<br />
The Govt Companies/PSUs must ensure th<strong>at</strong> all the workers engaged by them must<br />
get benefit under ESI/EPF scheme & fulfill all other st<strong>at</strong>utory requirements for this job.<br />
8. The r<strong>at</strong>e quoted by the agency <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> inclided <strong>ESIC</strong>, EPF, Service Tax and other Govt<br />
Tax, liabil<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> as to be included in r<strong>at</strong>e . No Tax eill be born/paid by the <strong>ESIC</strong><br />
INSTRUCTION TO TENDERERS<br />
1. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>ers are required to submit two separ<strong>at</strong>e Bids I.e -Technical and<br />
Financial as per prescribed performa. The two Bids should be submitted in two<br />
separ<strong>at</strong>ely sealed envelops superscibed Technical for Housekeeping/Dak Services in<br />
<strong>ESIC</strong> RO <strong>Delhi</strong> and Financial Bid for Housekeeping/Dak Services in <strong>ESIC</strong> RO<br />
<strong>Delhi</strong>. Both sealed envelopes should be put in a third sealed envelop superscibed<br />
<str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g> for Housekeeping/Dak Services in RO Dlhi<br />
2. The declar<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> in the prescribed pr<strong>of</strong>orma ( Annexure A) enclosed should<br />
be submitted al<strong>on</strong>gwith Technical Bid.<br />
3. The Technical Bid should be accompanied by an Earnest M<strong>on</strong>y deposit<br />
(EMD) <strong>of</strong> Rs. 23,000/- for Housekeeping and Rs. 20,880/- for<br />
Dak Services. in the form <strong>of</strong> Demand Draft/ Pay Order from a commeercial bank<br />
drawn in favour <strong>of</strong> ESI Fund A/C No.1, payable <strong>at</strong> New <strong>Delhi</strong>. In the absence <strong>of</strong><br />
EMD, the tender should be rejected summarily. The earnest m<strong>on</strong>er shall be<br />
refunded to unsuccessful <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>ers afteer finaliz<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract. It shall be<br />
refunded to the successful <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er <strong>on</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> performance Security deposit. No<br />
interest is payable <strong>on</strong> The EMD.<br />
4 All entries in the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g> form should be legible and filled clearly. Any<br />
overwriting or cutting which is unavoidable should be signed by the authorized<br />
sign<strong>at</strong>ory.<br />
5 The bid shall be valid for 180 days from the d<strong>at</strong>e <strong>of</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>open</str<strong>on</strong>g>ing.<br />
6 <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g> incomplete in any form <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be rejected outright. C<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>al <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
be rejected outright.<br />

7 No <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be allowed to withdraw after submissi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> the tenders within<br />
the bid validity period otherwise the EMD submitted by the tenderding firm would<br />
stand forfeited.<br />
8 In case the successful <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er declines the <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>of</strong> C<strong>on</strong>tract for wh<strong>at</strong>soever<br />
reas<strong>on</strong>(s), his EMD <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be forfeited.<br />
9. A formal c<strong>on</strong>tract shall be entered into with the successful tenderer shall be<br />
defined as C<strong>on</strong>tractor.<br />
10. The successful tenderer <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> have to deposit a Performance Security deposit<br />
<strong>of</strong> Rs. 23,000/- for HouseKeeping and Rs.20,880/- by way <strong>of</strong> Fixed Deposit<br />
Receipt(FDR) from a commercial bank hypothec<strong>at</strong>ed in favour <strong>of</strong> <strong>ESIC</strong> RO <strong>Delhi</strong>,<br />
New <strong>Delhi</strong> valid for 180 days bey<strong>on</strong>d the expiry <strong>of</strong> period <strong>of</strong> two years c<strong>on</strong>tract and<br />
further renewable.<br />
11. The successful <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> have to deposit the 5% Performance Security<br />
Deposit and commence the work within 10days <strong>of</strong> acceptance <strong>of</strong> tender. Otherwise<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tract <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be cancelled and EMD <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be forfeited.<br />
<strong>12</strong>. Each page <strong>of</strong> the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g> should be signed and stamped by<br />
authorizes represent<strong>at</strong>ive <strong>of</strong> the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er in accepeptance <strong>of</strong> the terms and<br />
c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s laid down by <strong>ESIC</strong>.<br />
13. The competent authority <strong>of</strong> <strong>ESIC</strong> reserves the right to reject all<br />
or any tender in whole, or in part, without assiging any reas<strong>on</strong> there<strong>of</strong>.<br />
14. The agency to employ adult and skilled/trained labour <strong>on</strong>ly.<br />
15. The agency to ensure timely payment <strong>of</strong> all st<strong>at</strong>utory dues like ESI, EPF etc.<br />
and ensure compens<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> as work payment <strong>of</strong> Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.<br />
Payment <strong>of</strong> wages to the workers shall be made through bank transacti<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (GCC)<br />
1. The tender would be wholly resp<strong>on</strong>sible for all the Act & omissi<strong>on</strong>s al<strong>on</strong>gwith<br />
c<strong>on</strong>sequences in this regard.<br />
2. The peers<strong>on</strong> deployed by the tenderer should be properly trained, have<br />
requisite experience and skills for carrying out a vide variety <strong>of</strong><br />
Housekeeping/Dak Services work using appropri<strong>at</strong>e m<strong>at</strong>erials and<br />
tools/equipments.<br />

3. To ensure Health and safety measures <strong>of</strong> the employees.<br />
4. Employment <strong>of</strong> child labour <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> lead to the termin<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract. The<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tract shall engage <strong>on</strong>ly such workers, whose antecedent have been<br />
thoroughly verified, including character and police verific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> and other<br />
formalities.The C<strong>on</strong>tractor shall be fully resp<strong>on</strong>sible for the c<strong>on</strong>duct <strong>of</strong> his<br />
staff.<br />
5. The c<strong>on</strong>tractor <strong>at</strong> all times should indemnify <strong>ESIC</strong> against all claims, damages<br />
or compens<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> under the provisi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> Payment <strong>of</strong> Wages Act, 1936 Minimum wages<br />
Act 1948 Employers Liability Act 1938 the Workmen Compens<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> Act 1923, Industial<br />
Dispute Act 1947, M<strong>at</strong>ernity Benefit Act 1961, <strong>Delhi</strong> Shop and Essential Act or any<br />
modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> there<strong>of</strong> or any other law rel<strong>at</strong>ing thereto and rules hereunder from time to<br />
time <strong>ESIC</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> not own any resp<strong>on</strong>sibility in this regard.<br />
6. In case <strong>of</strong> breach <strong>of</strong> any terms and c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s <strong>at</strong>tached to the c<strong>on</strong>tract, the<br />
Performance Security Deposit <strong>of</strong> the C<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be liable to be forfeited by <strong>ESIC</strong><br />
besides annulment <strong>of</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract.<br />
7. The staff shall be in proper uniform and with their identity properly displayed.<br />
8. <strong>ESIC</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> depute a <strong>of</strong>ficial to ensure th<strong>at</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fice rooms, committee rooms<br />
etc. are <str<strong>on</strong>g>open</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>at</strong> design<strong>at</strong>ed hours for cleaning/ housekeeping al<strong>on</strong>gwith verific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
daily visit <strong>of</strong> courier byos (Dak Services)<br />
9. The C<strong>on</strong>tract shall initially be for a period <strong>of</strong> <strong>on</strong>e yrars and may be extended<br />
further for a period <strong>of</strong> <strong>on</strong>e year subject to s<strong>at</strong>isfactory performance, <strong>on</strong> the same terms<br />
and c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s. The r<strong>at</strong>e quoted bt the Bidders shall remain unchanged. <strong>ESIC</strong> ,however<br />
reserve the right to termin<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract by serving <strong>on</strong>e m<strong>on</strong>ths notice in writing. The<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tract may be termin<strong>at</strong>ed with mutual c<strong>on</strong>sent by giving <strong>on</strong>e m<strong>on</strong>th notice.<br />
Vari<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s<br />
The Regi<strong>on</strong>al Director may order vari<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s in the scope or quantum <strong>of</strong> work<br />
through a written order. The payment for the vari<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> shall be worked out <strong>on</strong> the basis<br />
<strong>of</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tract r<strong>at</strong>es for manpower and pro-r<strong>at</strong>e for additi<strong>on</strong>al areas for equipments toiletries<br />
etc.<br />
Payment Procedure:<br />
Payment <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be made in the first week <strong>of</strong> the succeding m<strong>on</strong>th up<strong>on</strong> submissi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
the bill. Al<strong>on</strong>gwith <strong>at</strong>tested <strong>at</strong>tendence sheetin respect <strong>of</strong> the pers<strong>on</strong>s deployed.<br />
Risk Clause<br />
The <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er shall <strong>at</strong> all times have standby arrangements for carrying out the work<br />
under the C<strong>on</strong>tract in case <strong>of</strong> any failure <strong>of</strong> the existing arrangement.<br />

<strong>ESIC</strong> reserve the right for termin<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract <strong>at</strong> any time by giving <strong>on</strong>e m<strong>on</strong>ths<br />
written notice, if the services are found uns<strong>at</strong>isfactory and also has right to award the<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tract to any other selected tenderers <strong>at</strong> the cost, risk and resp<strong>on</strong>sibilities <strong>of</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tractor<br />
anad excess expenditure incrred <strong>on</strong> account <strong>of</strong> this <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be recovered by <strong>ESIC</strong> from the<br />
C<strong>on</strong>tractor's Security Deposit or pending bill or by raising a separ<strong>at</strong>e claim.<br />
Allnecessary reports and other inform<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be supplied <strong>on</strong> a mutually agreed basis<br />
and regular meeting <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be held with the <strong>ESIC</strong>.<br />
C<strong>on</strong>tractor and its staff shall take proper and rreas<strong>on</strong>able precauti<strong>on</strong>s to preserve from<br />
loss, destructi<strong>on</strong>s, waste or misuse the areas <strong>of</strong> resp<strong>on</strong>sibility given to them by the <strong>ESIC</strong><br />
and shall not knowingly lend to any pers<strong>on</strong> or company any <strong>of</strong> the effects or asests, <strong>of</strong><br />
the <strong>ESIC</strong> under its c<strong>on</strong>trol.<br />
In the event <strong>of</strong> loss/damage <strong>of</strong> equipments etc. <strong>at</strong> the premises <strong>of</strong> the <strong>ESIC</strong> sue to<br />
negligence/ carelessness <strong>of</strong> C<strong>on</strong>tractor staff, then the C<strong>on</strong>tractor shall compens<strong>at</strong>e the<br />
loss to <strong>ESIC</strong>.<br />
The C<strong>on</strong>troctor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> also maintain a suggestii<strong>on</strong> book for comments <strong>on</strong> the services<br />
rendered by it.<br />
The C<strong>on</strong>tractor shall, in perfoming its part <strong>of</strong> this Agreement, ensure the safety <strong>of</strong> the<br />
building and the pers<strong>on</strong>s working in or visiting the <strong>ESIC</strong>'s premises and shall indemnify<br />
<strong>ESIC</strong> for any loss or damage caused by any Act <strong>of</strong> the C<strong>on</strong>tractor or its employees or<br />
staff etc.<br />
Incase, the job is performed by taking services <strong>of</strong> the associ<strong>at</strong>es, in th<strong>at</strong> case also the<br />
C<strong>on</strong>tractor shall be wholly resp<strong>on</strong>sible for the performance and all acts <strong>of</strong> the associ<strong>at</strong>es<br />
as though they were performed by himself.<br />
In every case the C<strong>on</strong>tractor shall make altem<strong>at</strong>ive aggangements for meeting his<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tractual resp<strong>on</strong>sibilities in case <strong>of</strong> failure <strong>of</strong> the Associ<strong>at</strong>e.<br />
Measure <strong>of</strong> success <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be based <strong>on</strong> the feedback from External Customers (direct and<br />
through TCEQ), and staff which <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be recorded and acti<strong>on</strong> report needs to be<br />
submitted every m<strong>on</strong>th by the C<strong>on</strong>tractor.<br />
Licenses if any required for Housekeeping servics <strong>at</strong> the site <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be procured by the<br />
C<strong>on</strong>tractor.<br />
Dispute Settlement<br />
It is mutually agreed up<strong>on</strong> th<strong>at</strong> all differences and disputes arising out <strong>of</strong> or in<br />
c<strong>on</strong>necti<strong>on</strong> with this Agreement shall be settle by mutual discussi<strong>on</strong>s and negoti<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s if<br />
such disputes and differences cannot be settled and resolved by discussi<strong>on</strong>s and<br />
negoti<strong>at</strong>ii<strong>on</strong>s then the same shall be referred to the Sole Arbitr<strong>at</strong>or appointed by the RO<br />
<strong>ESIC</strong> whose decisi<strong>on</strong> shall be final and binding <strong>on</strong> both the parties.<br />

The aim and objective is to provide a high level <strong>of</strong> a clean, gygience and presentable<br />

the C<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> supervise the awarded work. The C<strong>on</strong>tractor has to ensure th<strong>at</strong> the<br />
staff deployed is dressed in ne<strong>at</strong> and clean uniform approved by the <strong>ESIC</strong>.<br />
Daily Services<br />
Housekeeping/ cleaning services should be d<strong>on</strong>e daily from M<strong>on</strong>day to S<strong>at</strong>erday <strong>at</strong><br />
regular intervals, so th<strong>at</strong> the areas covered under the c<strong>on</strong>tract remain, spic and span all<br />
the time. Working hours should be adjusted in such a manner th<strong>at</strong> cleaning work in the<br />
morning should be completed well before 8.30 A.M. C<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> arrange manpower<br />
for special VIP visits <strong>at</strong> no extra cost. The services includes.<br />
1.Cleaning, dusting, vacuuning and disinfecting <strong>of</strong> floors, walls and ceilings. Removal<br />
<strong>of</strong> waste and any other garbage from the entire area covered under the c<strong>on</strong>tract (such as<br />
halls, c<strong>on</strong>fernce rooms, committee rooms, <strong>of</strong>fice rooms, cabins, cubicles, to dustbin with<br />
no extra payment <strong>on</strong> A/c <strong>of</strong> labour etc).<br />
2.Sweeping, cleaning, mopping with disinfectant cleaner <strong>of</strong> area covered under the<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tract, including all staircses, cabins, lobbies, recepti<strong>on</strong>, training rooms, <strong>of</strong>fice rooms,<br />
cabins, meeting rooms security <strong>of</strong>fice and othe areas as covered in the c<strong>on</strong>tract.<br />
3.Cleaning ,washing <strong>of</strong> baskets, wastepaper baskets, cob-webs, etc and disposing <strong>of</strong>f all<br />
the collected waste <strong>at</strong> disign<strong>at</strong>ed site <strong>on</strong> daily basis and<br />
4.Dusting <strong>of</strong> computer systems and their peripherals, all doors and windows, furniture,<br />
fixtures, fans, equipments, accessories etc, and cleaning <strong>of</strong> all windows glasses and<br />
grills. Cleaning and dusting <strong>of</strong> window panes/ve etain blinds.<br />
5.Spraying Room Fresheners in all rooms, <strong>on</strong> a daily basis <strong>at</strong> regular intervals.<br />
6. Scrubbing/cleaning <strong>of</strong> toilets, wash basin, sanitory fitting, glasses, toilets, floors,<br />
etc. with no yellow mark <strong>on</strong> the pott.<br />
7. Cleaning and disinfecting all vitreous fixtures incliding toilet bowls,urinals, sinks,<br />
toilet se<strong>at</strong>s, c<strong>on</strong>tainers etc. Brush throughly to include below w<strong>at</strong>er level and under rims<br />
including areas <strong>at</strong> hinges and cistern handles. Re-stock toiletries, which include liquid<br />
hand soap, toilet rolls, air fresheners, sanitary cubes, naphthalene balls in toilet, etc. after<br />
daily check-<br />
8. Ups in the morning, afterno<strong>on</strong>s and <strong>on</strong> call basis during daytime.<br />
9. Cleaning and dusting <strong>of</strong> electrical switchboards, light fixtures, fans, air c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>er<br />
vents, overhead light fixtures, projectors, fire-fighting equipments, namepl<strong>at</strong>es, plant<br />
boxes, doorm<strong>at</strong>s etc.<br />
10. Placing garbage bages in all garbage ins to avoid stains and stinks and clear them<br />
<strong>of</strong> daily basis.<br />
11. Check and remove hairs, dust dirt or any such object from anywhere in area under<br />

the c<strong>on</strong>tract.<br />
<strong>12</strong>. Cleaning, dusting scrubbing <strong>of</strong> pantries, recepti<strong>on</strong>, security rooms, training halls,<br />
committee rooms, computer labs etc.<br />
13. Cleaning <strong>of</strong> all <str<strong>on</strong>g>open</str<strong>on</strong>g> areas between the building and boundary including sweeping<br />
<strong>of</strong> roads, lawns, p<strong>at</strong>hs, cleaning <str<strong>on</strong>g>open</str<strong>on</strong>g> drains etc, as directed by the <strong>ESIC</strong>.<br />
Waste disposal management:<br />
The c<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> ensure collecti<strong>on</strong>, mechanized screemomg/ segreg<strong>at</strong>opm<br />
pf dry and wet garbage. The c<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> also ensure segreg<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> bio<br />
degradable and n<strong>on</strong> bio degradable g<strong>at</strong>bage. Finally, the c<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
arange to suitably transport<br />
and dispose garbage from the earmarked area to the nearest Municipal<br />
Corprt<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> bin outside each premises.<br />
The c<strong>on</strong>tractor shall keep bin <strong>of</strong> suitable size and specific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <strong>at</strong> the<br />
collecti<strong>on</strong> area. The c<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> employ his staff for the<br />
collecti<strong>on</strong>/disposal work. The garbage <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> have to be disposed <strong>of</strong>f <strong>at</strong> least<br />
twice a day. The c<strong>on</strong>tractor <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> also arrange for the garbage bags, prepare a<br />
flowchart indic<strong>at</strong>ing the method <strong>of</strong> collecti<strong>on</strong>/disposal etc.<br />
Weekly Services:<br />
The Deep cleaning <strong>of</strong> the entire area <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> be d<strong>on</strong>e by the C<strong>on</strong>tractor <strong>on</strong>ce a<br />
week as under:-<br />
1.Dusting <strong>of</strong> entire area including windows/windowpanes/doors/ledges,etc.<br />
2.Thorough cleaning/sweeping/washing/mopping with disinfectant cleaners<br />
<strong>of</strong> all floors, staicases and toilets. Scrubbing <strong>of</strong> all floors and ceramic tiles<br />
base. Cleaning <strong>of</strong> ceilings and high walls, removal <strong>of</strong> wash stains <strong>on</strong> walls,<br />
cleaning <strong>of</strong> ro<strong>of</strong>s, porches etc.<br />
3.Cleaning <strong>of</strong> sanitary fittings, toilet drain pipes etc. in the toilets with<br />
standard cleaning m<strong>at</strong>erial.<br />
4. Cleaning <strong>of</strong> all windows glasses and grills with detergent/cleaning<br />
agents.<br />
5. Washing <strong>of</strong> outside area with High Pressure Jet machine.<br />
6. Clean all chrome fittings, glass frames, soap holders etc. to a shiny<br />
finish.<br />
7. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>Tender</str<strong>on</strong>g>er <str<strong>on</strong>g>will</str<strong>on</strong>g> make a cleaning programme and submit to <strong>ESIC</strong> for<br />
