The Registration, Exhibition and Conference will take place in the Exhibition Centre<br />

Accommodation – Key Collection<br />
Please collect your accommodation keys from the James College Reception. Accommodation can be<br />
accessed from 2pm on the day of arrival. James College Reception is open 24hrs. If you are arriving<br />
late, please inform the Conference Organiser to make special arrangements. Please note that you are<br />
still required to register at the Conference Registration Desk on Thursday morning in the Exhibition<br />
Centre.<br />
All keys must be returned to the James College Reception by 9.30am on the day of departure.<br />
Car Parking<br />
Conference delegates must park in the Pay and Display Car Park (marked yellow on the campus<br />
map). The closest car parks to the accommodation and exhibition are campus south and campus west.<br />
Car parking is charged at a cost of £10.00 per car and your permit must be displayed at all times. If you<br />
have purchased a permit upon registration, please find it enclosed. Please do not park in restricted<br />
areas and if you are a disabled badge holder, please display this at all times.<br />
Please note that if you park out with the Pay and Display Car Park your car is liable to be clamped.<br />

By Bus<br />
There are many buses from the train station that will take you to the campus. The First York No 4. FTR<br />
service travels to the University every 10 minutes. Alight at the Morrell Library stop on University<br />
Road and then a 10 minute walk through campus to the James College Reception. Alternatively, a taxi<br />
from outside the railway station will cost approx £6.00 one way. For information, please log on to the<br />

By Rail<br />
York is the main east coast line from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh.<br />

Catering Entitlements<br />
The full delegate registration fee includes:<br />
• Dinner on Wednesday 8 th September (3 course self-service meal served in the Derwent College)<br />
• Breakfast on Thursday 9 th September which will be served between 7.30am-9.00am<br />
• Lunch on Thursday 9 th September<br />
• Conference Dinner on Thursday 9 th September held at the University<br />
• Breakfast on Friday 10 th September which will be served between 7.30am-9.00am<br />
• Lunch on Friday 10 th September<br />
• Tea/Coffee during official breaks<br />
Dinner on Wednesday evening will be served in the Derwent College.<br />
Breakfast will be served in The Galleria which is situated across from the Exhibition Centre.<br />
Lunch on Thursday will be held in the Exhibition Centre and the conference dinner on Thursday<br />
evening will be held in The Galleria.<br />
Lunch on Friday will be served in The Galleria.<br />
Delegates must wear their badges at all times during the conference for security and catering<br />
purposes. Any delegate not wearing their badge will not be allowed access to the conference<br />
facilities.<br />
NB: Cancellation of registration will only be accepted in writing.<br />
