Purpose of the machine: Automatic production of paper sticks<br />
Measurements of applicators: Length: 72mm – 90mm, Diameter: 2mm – 4mm<br />
Capacity: up to 1600 applicators per minute, depending on the size of sticks<br />
Modification kit: has to be foreseen if you need to change from one diameter to another<br />
Raw Material: Continous paper, wood-free, 58-60 g/m 2, on rolls at a diameter of approx. 80cm, width: 71mm<br />
<strong>Paper</strong> Consumption: approx. 330 grams per 1000 applicators, depending on the size of sticks<br />
Packaging: The applicators are collected on a conveyor belt and then packed by hand into the cardboard boxes.<br />
The amount of applicators produced are electronically counted.<br />
Operator: Per 3 machines only 1 operator is required<br />
