all types of communication into one
easy-to-use solution. This means that
airborne assets are connected more
effectively, optimising limited cockpit
space and reducing aircraft weight,
while simplifying crew communication
activities and improving flight safety.

INFORMATION IS
EVERYTHING
AviCom is a powerful and intelligent
Communication Management System that
puts the pilot in full control of the aircraft.
The integrated control mechanism puts aircraft information at
the pilot’s fingertips, resulting in reduced workload and increased
effectiveness. The system makes complex control functions easy,
structured and user-efficient, meaning pilot training time is kept
to a minimum, while a high level of control is offered to the user
through customisation.
All features of the AviCom system are software-configurable.
This means that they can be integrated with many aircraft
types, including helicopters, fighters, transport and
special mission aircraft.

The AviCom system can be configured for all
requirements through a number of modular panels.
Solutions can include the management of audio,
radio navigation and equipment for all aircraft types.
With our programmable HMI we can fully adapt to

CIVIL aircraft
Today’s special mission teams must be prepared to
carry out an ever more sophisticated range of tasks.
Whether on a tracking, surveillance or search & rescue
assignment, the chances of success are greatly increased
by having access to specially modified aircraft with the
efficiency and safety of AviCom.
SAFE and
RELIABLE
The hardware and software of AviCom has
been designed and developed in-line with safety
and reliability guidelines DO-178B and DO-254.
The redundancy build of the network architecture
and distribution of functions ensures that the
system contains no single points of failure.
By combining all communication management
into a single system, our solutions allow crew to
remain focused on the task at hand. The use of
high fidelity digital audio offers excellent speech
intelligibility, further reducing the mental effort
required for communication.
MILITARY aircraft
During every mission, military pilots must focus completely
on the task in hand. When placed in an area of conflict,
every part of the communications system must give
optimum performance and work in sync, enabling the pilot
to carry out the mission as efficiently as possible.
